Mr. Ravindra is a qualified Electrical Engineer from Walchand College of Engineering, a Government aided Autonomous engineering college in Maharashtra and an MBA graduate from India’s then 3rd best, (now in top 10) JBIMS, Mumbai. He has also completed a 2-year GDMM (Graduate Diploma in Materials Management) course. He is a MIE (Member of Institute of Engineers, India). He has an experience of more than 34 years of counselling students from all parts of Maharashtra and India. Most of the students counselled by him got enrolled into IITs, IIMs, top Medical Colleges and other prestigious colleges in India.
He has an experience of counselling almost two generations of students. He has also guided them about entire admission procedure to Top Universities of USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and other major countries of the world. He has inculcated the habit of reading various English & Regional papers daily, since last 45 years, including weeklies & magazines like Employment News, India Today etc. He is well informed about all the national and international rankings of colleges, courses and streams.He had dedicated his entire life for the cause of students and their education. His continued research about colleges and latest courses has assisted many students to study in some of the best institutes all over the world, far ahead of the advent of the Internet.

Ms. Greeshma is a Computer Engg graduate from the Sardar Patel Institute of Technology (Mumbai), one of the prominent autonomous engineering colleges followed by MBA from the prestigious JBIMS, Mumbai. She got a 100 percentile in Quant section of GRE and a 98.50 percentile in CAT & CMAT. She is a top 1% Mensa (USA) Member. She worked as Asst. Vice President at SBI (Corporate Office, Mumbai) and now works in a distinguished company as Senior Business Analyst.
She had received admits for her masters from NITIE, Welingkar; Gokhale Institute of Politics & Economics, MFC & MBE of Delhi University, MA(Development) from AzimPremji University, Bangalore, PGPSM of NISM, Mumbai (fully owned by SEBI).She was Awarded Prestigious Bocconi Graduate Merit Award, for its 2-year full time M.Sc (Finance) course, with a complete fees waiver along with free housing for 2 years, by University of Bocconi, (9th Best University for Finance in the world as per latest rankings of ft.com, UK). She has completed her secondary education (ICSE 92%) from St. Mary’s School, Pune and higher secondary (Science) from Fergusson College, Pune.
She had received admits (for her B.Tech), from India’s notable colleges like VJTI, SPCE, NMIMS Mumbai (for MBA(Tech), Integrated 5 year B.Tech& MBA) Mumbai; COEP, PICT, Cummins, Pune; VNIT, Nagpur; Kalinga Institute, Bhubaneshwar; Manipal; Thapar University, Patiala; University of Melbourne, University of Sydney, UNSW, ANU, Deakins, UQ, Monash, Macquire, etc (all in Australia).

He obtained 165/170 in GRE (Quant) and 99.50 percentile in Quant section of both CAT & XAT, at his first attempt.He is a top 1 % Mensa (USA) member and now works as an Account Manager in Mumbai in India’s third largest IT Company.
He had received admits from IIM Trichy, Udaipur, Kashipur and all other IIMs. He also had received admit offers from CRISIL (Indian Subsidiary of Standard & Poor, USA) for their 2-year fully funded prestigious course, CCAP (Crisil Certified Analyst Programme), MBA (PGDBA) (2-year full time course, run jointly by IIM Calcutta, IIT Kharagpur and ISI Kolkata), MBA (5 year integrated) from IIM Indore, MBA(Tech) from NMIMS (5 year integrated B.Tech plus MBA), NISER, Bhubaneshwar, (5 year integrated M.Sc) with a 5 year Inspire Scholarship of Govt. of India (Department of Science & Technology).He was also selected for International Summer Program at London School of Economics, London but joined Esade Business School, Barcelona, Spain (World’s No.2 in Finance, as per latest rankings of ft.com, UK).

During his days of teaching and guiding, he realized the dilemma students and parents face after entrance exams in choosing the best college, considering the number of colleges & universities available in Maharashtra.Thenceforth, he has contributed majorly in student-learning & educational development.
